Hello,

I'm looking for a way to set up custom pop ups when an account record is open. For example, you would open the account page for Customer A and a pop up would come up saying "Renewal in progress by agent A, please do not contact customer".

I've tried Googling but other than a couple of paid options, I could find much else.

We are currently using Sales Professional.

Custom pop ups when account record is opened

Hello User,

You will need a JS which will run on load of Account form. And then you can show this notification popup.

There is no easy way to achieve this, you may need to use JavaScript for the customization.
