Marketing app install failed. Is there a fix or do i need a ticket with Microsoft?

Marketing app install on the power platform environment failed. Is there a way to get it back into Not configured status to be able to start the install process over?

Firstly, you can try to re-run the Marketing setup wizard to test it:

If it doesn't work, I would suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

I've had similar issues before, and sometimes, rerunning the setup can do the trick. But if it's still not working, it's a good idea to contact Microsoft support.
