I am having a custom table with name field. I want to list those employees when i select contractors in hcmworkerlookup . How to achieve it so.

When i select the contractor , it should display my worker list in the List .The table has the referenceId of the hcmworker field.
The above employee lookup should be form specific.

The new table i have created not having relation with the contractors.I have only name field alone in the table.when i select the contractors it should list the name field values which i used in the new table.

Can't you filter your workers by that new field?
If you can, you might simply save the filter and share it with your colleagues.
When they open the workers they can simply apply the filter that you saved and shared.

Can you confirm if the new table should have a reference to a contractor? The short description is not fully clear to me. Instead of a name field, you can better use the record-ID reference which is used across the standard application. What exactly do you mean with "list those employees when I select...". Is it just a lookup of all contractors or does the data in the lookup needs to get filtered based on the contractors setup in the custom table?
