AX-Retail : One or More providers cannot configured correctly in sharepoint 2013.

Hi All,

I have deployed the Retail Online store in Sharepoint. While i am placing an order, In the checkout page i am getting an application error as follows,

Application error : One or more providers cannot configured correctly.

In the log file it showing as follows,

One or more providers are not correctly configured.ConfigurationException : No payment connectors loaded.

( Also i added two products to Cart. In the Checkout page, Order preview step it showing "There are no products in the cart". But i can see products in the Mini cart at the top.)

In the Dynamics AX i had setup Accounts receivable and online store for Payment services and published the online channel successfully.

Hi Umesh Pandit,

I have tried Re-Deployment (ReExecuted the installer scripts and published again from AX Server) but still i has been facing the same problem.

You need to do the following in AX:

1. Edit your channel

2. Add a payment provider to your channel (there is a combobox which allows to select a provider)

3. Publish your channel

4. Execute job A-1075_OC.

Forgot to mention, but probably you knew that, so, just in case :)

between steps 3 and 4 you need to Create Actions.

Thanks for your reply.

I already added payment connector(test connector) to the online channel(SPChannel4) and published, See the screen shot below. Please suggest me, Weather i need to add some more data to the channel.

Also see some more screen shots related to sharepoint electronic store site.

If you execute the query something like this against CRT DB (could be named something like AxRetailSp):

SELECT *

FROM PaymentConnectorView

can you see there the a record for the test payment connector *for your channel*?

If you cannot see it there and you are sure you really published the channel (once you added the payment connector there) then you need to look whether Commerce Data Exchange service produced any errors while trying to send that info from AX into CRT DB.

If you see your payment connector there then - do you have Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.TestConnector in the GAC on SharePoint machine ? If you are using a demo VM - it should already be there but if you prepared your environment from scratch that you need to GAC it there.
