Today I went to edit emails in customer insights but am unable to remove/delete existing elements. I can add and edit but unable to remove. Appears as though drop down where I can typlically selest delete or duplicate is no longer there. Is MS aware of issue or anyone else experiencing this?

There was a bug across emails and forms yesterday. I was on a call with MS for a few hours last night and a hotfix was released earlier this morning (Australia time). Should be no more issues now. May need to do a hard refresh to reset cache if you're still having issues.

    Hello,

A workaround would be to open the HTML and delete it there.

Hello @PatJ@secondharvest.ca Good Day! I reviewed and confirmed this was related to a Known Issue already addressed, please find the details below and if it was helpful please like and mark as answer:

Product: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (former Marketing)
Created on: 07/29/2025 5:51 AM CDT

Problem: Some users are experiencing issues with the Email and Form editors in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. These issues include missing functionality, unexpected behavior, or failure to load certain components in the editor interface.

Workaround: Please try performing a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + F5 on most browsers), which forces the browser to clear cached files and reload the latest content.
Alternatively, you can manually clear your browser cache and then refresh the page.
A hotfix has been deployed to resolve this issue, and these steps will help ensure you're seeing the latest version.
