Hello Community.
We are using Citrix for everything. But AX is not installed locally on Citrix.
I have done the setup of Email alerts with DRILLDOWN hyperlinks to open the records directly from AXHlink.exe application. It works when tried within server. But they are also using AX on Citrix directly.
Looking forward to the expert opinions, what should be done in this case?Thanks.
Is it because the AX kernel is not running on same machine but a remote server?
Yes, apparently that is reason.
Is there any workaround for this one?
only way out remote desktop and setup email Client in same (server) machine . this issue is still there with Remote App too.

Yes, that is it.
But unfortunately, I cannot give server direct access to the users.
So, I am afraid I have to drop this.
