I would like to view the prior versions of the PO detail lines. the Archive feature is active but it only displays the header information.
You might check again. The archive function will archive the entire order (both header and lines). Auto archiving is usually done when posting but can also be manually performed.
There is a document card view for the archive records. Open that to see the line information.
Hi, Double-click the order, or click the order number, or select Manage -> View, you can open the details of the order.
If you also need to see a list of all archived lines, that needs to be customized.
