Hi all,
i have created a new label file for Japan. I should have select En-US and JA languages but accidentally took all the languages.
Is it fine ? OR will it create a problem later ?
Kindly suggest me.

except en-us.ald and ja.ald
one more thing , it's not mentioned in the link
need to delete .ald files from below path also ?
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\AXDEV\bin\Application\Appl\Standard
except en-us.ald and ja.ald
or all ?
please give me more shed on thsi.
Yes
blue,
in the link they mentioned "Move the single languages (they’re listed in the Languages folder in the AOT) one by one (right click and Move to model) to the temporary model."
then delete the model.
for example - if i select all the languages except En-us and JA then all languages are deleted from label file GDJ except two languages rite?
HI @rp@n,
In the linkI shared, the author shared creating a temporary model and then deleting the model. You can try it.
Compared to deletion, if you have few customizations in the label, I suggest you to re-create, select En-US and JA.
sure,
kindly suggest me the best way to remove unwanted languages from GDJ label file. steps please
Hi @rp@n,
From my multilingual label, there is no mistake. You don’t need to do anything.
Of course, if you remove or re-create it is also possible, depending on your considerations.
Blue,
what you will suggest? delete the label file GDJ and again create a new label file with two ianguages ?
Please give me more shed on this
HI @rp@n,
There is one file for each installed language.
Files are updated whenever a new version is released.
In D365FO, I have also added very, very many languages, at least for now it has not encountered errors.
