Hi, please try to provide more descriptive titles. "AIF" is a good candidate for a tag (which you forgot to attach), but it's not a good title, because it doesn't say anything about your question and doesn't help with distinguishing the thread from others about AIF.

Document service can use web services as well.

Document services is a type of AX services. Another type you can consider are customer services.

Web services is a way how services are exposed to other systems.

How you should implement the communication depends on your needs. Do you really have to create the order immediately? Maybe you can consider some batch processing, which is usually better from performance perspective.

Using a document service makes good sense in your situation.

I guess your problem is not that much about AX, but that you're not familiar with web services in general, right? It's important to know what you need (and what you already know) , otherwise we might give you answers about something else...

    Dear Martin,

    Thanks for your reply.

Yes i am new to AIF..I have studied Custom Service,Document Service,Web Service..

What you said is actually very good.Better Performance..The name itself tempts.

So if i go with Document services.i must need some xml files for each and every order and mapping them ..

    So,i am thinking of webservices..

The actual requirement is whenever they create any Customer,Item,SalesOrder..should come and sit in AX Dynamically.

    Thanks.

You didn't get it. Document service can use various communication mechanisms, one of them are web services. So you happily can call AIF document services via web services (WCF).

You're right that you can also pass SOAP messages to and from document services as files, but you're wrong in thinking that it's your only option.

You could use other way for communication with document services, such as Microsoft Message Queue.

In which kind of application are you going to consume the service? If it's based on .NET, add a service reference in Visual Studio, which will generate proxy class for communication. Then use this to do anything you like (e.g. to create sales orders).
