User favorites migration (AX2012 -> D365)

Hello, 
is there a way to migrate user favorites (left sidebar) from AX2012 to D365?
 
In AX SysLastValue table contains PartSettings, but from what I've noticed they stay in the table after removing them from favorites.
Where are favorite groups stored? Also is there a way to get full item path?
 
I want to migrate them to the navigation pane in d365, stored in table SysMenuNavigationFavoriteItemsTable.
