Dear All,

please help,

currently we have PO A, user already approve the PO, but the workflow is stopped because something error.

infolog show message 'Lot ID is not specified.'

I had resume the workflow. but its back to stopped again with those infolog message.

what is the root-cause for this case.

how to solve this.

    no, only solution we had/did just create new po for the rest item,

    no better solution yet for this issue.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thank you for your reply. 

    The problem with some of these POs is they are partially received and cannot really cancel or delete.

    Also trying to figure out the sequence of steps that is triggering this so we can atleast avoid this error.

    Please let me know if you have already figured this out.

    the solution is create new PO,

    for first case, I did the solution and its worked.

    but its happen again in same po for other lines, do the same work-around doesn't help, its must be cancel and create new po again.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Did you find any solution for this. I have had this situation for a while and it is getting more frequent now.

    We are on AX 2012 RTM CU2.

    Users are approving the POs first and then cancelling delivery remainder, adding new lines and resubmitting for approval. Then this error in workflow. Please advice.

    Hi Viesturs,

    I had done too with some minor differencies,

    cancel delivery remainder for old lines,

    and create again new line with correct dimension, but still problem.

    don't know why solution you mentioned above and my work-around not working.

    finally create new po was the solution.

    Hi v,

    had done it before, previously its work for some item in this po.

    later, its occur again at other item ( vendor did partial shipment for different item )

    I tried again, but not working for the rest item.

    in then end, we create new po , its only the solution.

    note : its not stated at inventory transaction, the inventory dimension id different is all related table *invent*

    Hi benjamin,

    Try to recall your current PO workflow, if PO status goes back to status "Draft", delete the lines you recently added and recreate them again with correct dimensions, re-submit PO for approval.
