Workflow Purchase Order Stopped ( error ) -> Stopped (error): Lot ID is not specified.

Dear All,

please help,

currently we have PO A, user already approve the PO, but the workflow is stopped because something error.

infolog show message 'Lot ID is not specified.'

I had resume the workflow. but its back to stopped again with those infolog message.

what is the root-cause for this case.

how to solve this.

    Hi Crispin,

    its workflow for purchase order approval. my user create purchase order the status is draft, then my user submit the po

    we have 3 level at po approval. after last approval the workflow is stopped.

    once approved, then we do confirmation po. ( but we don't have approval for po confirmation )

    Hi Crispin,

    there are no extraordinary task/event after third approval.

    1st until third has same status, approval complete ( approver level 1 ) , and so on.

    ussualy the workflow completed, but for this po, its stopped .

    another po that approved today has no problem

    only this po that has problem.

    Hi Chrispin,

    this po previously being request change, then the delivery remainder at old lines has been cancel has been set to zero.

    later, my user adding lines for some items and do approval process again.

    you need to debug this issue because lot id auto generate not manual
