Ive test it and this works.

    What did i do:

I created a new form field on the source campagne.

Then i added this field to the form, selected the right source campagne and hide this field.

When the lead was created, the right source campagne was connected to the lead.

If the lead response again on a form with this campagine, the lead is updated.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Marco,

It can be set as hidden after inserting into a form.

    Hi Nya,

    Thank you for your reply

The campagneid is a lookup field on the lead (it's the source campagne).

I've tried to make a form field, but because the source campagne is a lookup field. The field becomes visible on the form and i can not hide it.

I dont want to have an input field on the form. I want a hidden field with the campagneid, for matching purpose only.

    Hi Marco,

Is the campagneid a field in Lead entity?

If yes, you just need to create a form field and map it to the field in Lead entity. Then the form field can be included in a marketing form.

Please refer to the following documentation to know more about it.

Set up input fields for marketing forms (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
