Urgent Assistance Required for Dynamics 365 Customization Issue

Hello Support Team,
 
We recently completed the migration of our CRM system from version 2015 to Dynamics 365 CRM. However, we have encountered a significant issue during this process. Specifically, when attempting to install a managed solution exported from the Development environment into the Integration environment (which is a refreshed 2015 database upgraded to Dynamics 365), we are unable to retrieve the new customizations that were made.
Upon investigation, we discovered that a persistent layer is affecting all custom components, and we are unable to remove it. This issue has caused several anomalies and is preventing us from progressing with our work.
We kindly request your urgent assistance and intervention to resolve this situation. Your prompt response and guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
