We recently completed the migration of our CRM system from version 2015 to Dynamics 365 CRM. However, we have encountered a significant issue during this process. Specifically, when attempting to install a managed solution exported from the Development environment into the Integration environment (which is a refreshed 2015 database upgraded to Dynamics 365), we are unable to retrieve the new customizations that were made.
Upon investigation, we discovered that a persistent layer is affecting all custom components, and we are unable to remove it. This issue has caused several anomalies and is preventing us from progressing with our work.
