When I prepare a letter all fields populate but where the logo should be there is a box with a red x saying the picture can't be displayed.
If I try to create a new document from an existing word document and use the same docx file I was selecting with prepare a letter, the logo shows up fine. But if you save it as a template and try to use it, the logo still doesn't show when preparing a letter.
