You will have to reach out to your partner, because Customer Source was retired by Microsoft last year and is no longer accessible for customers..

This is no longer the Customer Source that used to be available.. if you try to click on some of the links, they are just dead-ends..
I personally can't find any useful information on this site and not even registration keys.. now the later might be due that my account is linked to old sites that are no longer active and as a partner I end up in a different (stripped down) version of Partner Source.
I personally need to login in a different site called Partner Source Business Center (PSBC) to access my reg keys..
