After press 'Go to lifecycle services' from customersource page, I am redirected to :

Microsoft Online Services Agreement

for

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS LIFECYCLE SERVICES

At the end of this page I press 'I Accept' button and I have this message:

Message

You can't sign in to Microsoft Lifecycle Services because information about your entitlement could not be retrieved. To research this issue, see Find Support.

Error Code

EntitlementNotFound

Next Steps

Correct the above indicated problems with this account or sign out and sign back in as another user.

If I am signed in into customersource site... Why receive this error ?

Hi Héctor,

Can you try to access LCS using the next link with a browser in InPrivate or Incognito mode? Please update if this works or you get the same error.

If you are signed in, are you still affiliated with an active customer?

I can logging into LCS site with your method, but I think is weird

Hi

I have error with the same symptoms. But login within "Incognito" mode doesn't work neither.

Had the same issue exactly two months ago. After contacting LCS team @ Microsoft they fixed the problem. But it's quite annoying, especially if MS states that we should use LCS more and more...

Hi Atis,

InPrivate and Incognito mode did not help in my case. Please let me know the procedure you had followed to raise ticket. I am not able to raise ticket in LCS because it is not working.

I'm having this same issue and private browsing does not work for me. Does anyone have a contact email/number for Microsoft? Without being able to log into LCS, I'm not sure who to contact.

This resolution did not work, Tried the link you gave in incognito and still the same. Any other suggestion to get past this error will be of help

Hello Andre,

I tried access LCS in incognito mode as per your suggestion , but still could not access my LCS project.

In my case, when i login into LCS. i see 2 customer organizations, out of which the organization where the LCS project was originally created in, is showing an error. The entitlements for this organization have expired.

However, we contacted MS and they just asked us to ignore the error and created a new project for our PROD URL in the other organization. We now have to create our lower environments including UAT.

Is there any other way to recover the entitlements for the organization where this LCS project was originally created in. Just so we dont have to redo everything?
