1,608We are in the process of building an integration for one of our clients. The integration originates in a SQL table and then uses the GP adapter to import SOP invoices. We are using Smart Connect (SC21 - 21.1.0.1028), which leverages the eConnect object. We are on GP18.5.
Everything seems to import file, however I am having some issues getting the Sales Tax to calculate properly. For this integration, I am trying to have GP do the calculations. Please note:
That said, are those the proper settings to generate the calculation? I suspect I may have an issue with a third party tax engine, but want to verify first that I have the basics in place. Please advise. Look forward to a response.

- For the Create Sales Transaction Node we have Default Tax Schedules set to “True”
- Create Sales Taxes is also set to “True”
- We have a valid ship to type on the customer; we’ve tried both allowing it to default and entering through the integration with no success.
- I can manually enter the same information and have the sales tax generate correctly.
