You should check the configuration step by step with help of below link.

I have tried that also for 2 different port nos . But still the same error occurs . Can you explain about SSL certificate .  If you look at event log in my previous comment you'll find some warning about the same.

    Thanks.

    Akshay,

It looks like the port no. you are using for the web services is already been used, try to change the port no. and restart the services.

RE: Microsoft Dynamics Nav Business Web Services not found in Services

    Hi Suresh,

    Thanks for your reply .

when I try  to Enable SSL and try to save the configuration using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Administration , I get this error message:

    Error : -

"Changing the value for that enables SSL for OData- or SOAP- services are not supported. See '' for more details." http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee414212.aspx for more details.

That link goes to an article on NAV 2009 which doesn't really explain why I can't enable SSL. Also it shows that   "Microsoft Dynamics Nav Business Web Services" exist in services.  IC340287.jpg

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error?

    Akshay,

From 2013 onwards you dont have separate services for NAV server and web services like in 2009 it is only one service you see under services, you can modify the ports using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Administration
