My Workflows have disappeared

Hello,

New upgrade happened on weekend and when I came into work on Monday, the ability to run workflows was gone from my ribbon (see pic).

So now I can't run workflows (yes I know they are called 'Flows' now). 

How can this be fixed. It is severely restricting my ability to do any work. :(

    Did you get a response that worked?  My workflows are present in the system processes area after the upgrade to v9.1 but the Run Workflow (or anything associated with Flows) is missing from Leads ribbon.  It is not under Processes either.  We use it for the purpose of dispositioning a lead as qualify if an opportunity already exists and it needs to be readily available to users not an administrative function.

    No Workflow or Flows option.  How do I add it back?  Any help is always greatly appreciated.

    If the above link didn't resolve the issue I would suggest submitting a Support Case with the Dynamics Team.  You should have the button to run an On Demand workflow within the Flow menu.  You can submit a request by dynamics.microsoft.com/.../.

    Hello, I appreciate the help but My workflows (flows) are run manually. So now in order to run a workflow I have to use advanced find which is onerous and can be very time consuming. I used to have a button in my ribbon (see my first post) which shows that the 'Run Workflow' button is gone.

    Thank you for using the Dynamics Communities forum.  Here is an article that may help - community.dynamics.com/.../where-is-the-run-workflow-button-in-dynamics-365.  The "Run Workflow" button is in the Flow fly out menu.  However, only workflows that are setup as "On Demand" for that entity will show.

    It could be permission related are you an admin?

    Can you run a workflow via advanced find would be the next suggestion

    I have tried 3 other browsers and no luck.

    My employer says it has to do with 'permissions' but I am unsure if this is the case.

    Can you explain how to use forceclassic UI?

    Can you run them from an advanced find or via the forceclassic UI? also presume you have tried another browser?

    You can try to back from lower version. Here are few screenshot  taken from 8.2 version , you can try to create custom ribbon with similar action, hope this helps -

    Function Name =   Mscrm.CommandBarActions.launchOnDemandWorkflowForm

    Dude, look at the pic I posted. Flows isn't there either. I actually mentioned in my question that I know it's called Flows now. Regardless, neither are present since the upgrade and I can't run any workflows (or FLOWS) as a result.

    You can run your classic workflow via flow button.
