Rich Text editor on Main form in CRM removes all formatting after saving

Hi

We have a Rich text editor control on Main form in CRM.

When we enter text and add formatting like adding bullet point, bold the text, underline, text alignment etc,

All that gets removed when we save, close the form and re-open it.

Rich text form control is assigned to a Multi-line text column with formatting set to "Rich Text" in the table.

See attached two images, first one formatted and saved

Second one all the formatting getting removed when we open the form again.

Please help, users are having problems reading the text when it is all jumbled up.

Resolved this issue, it was the custom javascript on CRM page removing the formatting of custom editor
