We have a campaign that will have 3 different customer journeys depending on the sales area. 1 swim lane for promotion and 1 swim lane for confirmation and reminder. They will all be connected to one live event with a registration form.
The question I have is that as i said each sales area will set up their own customer journey with promotion and a swim lane for confirmation. How will this affect when they are all connected to the same event form?
We dont want the contacts to have 3 confirmation email from each sales area.
Is the contact connected to it specific customer journey or do we need to separate the confirmation swim lane to its own customer journey so we have 3 promotion customer journeys and only 1 customer journey for confirmation and reminder?

If you customer journeys are in sequence, you can connect the confirmation and reminder with the last journey.
If you have parallel customer journeys, better to go with separate customer journey for Confirmation and reminder, this will not send multiple confirmation and reminder.
You mean 3 different customer journeys for promoting and then only 1 separate customer journey for confirmation and reminder?
Since you have 3 parallel customer journeys based on Sales area, better to go with seperate Customer confirmation and reminder journey.
