There was a number sequence which was configured as sequential & now it has exhausted its limit.
Is there any way i can find the unused number sequence of this NS & reuse them.
Also any other suggestion on how to resolve this situation .

I have the same question (0)What do you mean by sequential? Number sequences are sequential by definition (unless you set it to Manual but then it's not using any numbers at al).
The easiest solution is just to increase the length of the number sequence (add one more digit). That way you will have 10x more numbers available. If this is ok in your situation then it's the correct procedure to resolve the issue.
About your question - you can write a job that goes through the table where the number sequence is used, and searches for gaps (=unused numbers). Then it would insert these unused numbers in the "Status list" of your number sequence. Finally, set your number sequence to Continuous, and it will start using the numbers from your Status list.
