hello
szenario: we are located in germany and do have a supplier based in the UK (so NON EU). The supplier sometimes sends us goods from Poland (subsidary)
The goods sent from Poland do not appear in the Intrastat....but they should.
How can we manage this?

Can you verify that your UK supplier has a Polish delivery address configured?
Also, is this Polish address selected in your purchase order?

Yes this is done but the goods are not visible in the intrastat

Can you share more information especially about the item and intrastat setups?
Do all of your items have the statistical numbers and weights/volumes set up?
