open work list

Dears,

I have create all the setup regarding open work list as the below:

but when i create po and make purchase receive from the mobile device

the work ID doesn't appear in the open work list.

Is there missing ??

3. Mobile device menu

4. Mobile device menu item

Hi Farouk,

Hopefully the mobile device menu item that you used to start the purchase order receipt does not have an '... and put away' work creation process, because that won't leave any open work for the work list to display.

Your user needs to have access to a mobile device menu item which could be used (in the event that they weren't using the work list) to do the put away work, and that mobile device menu item must have 'Directed by' set to 'User directed'.

It dosn't work with counting or purchase order

open work list, only display with work wich created from sales order

Probably you still have to enter the work class in the mobile device menu item. This had to be the same work class that is in the first open work line of the work you'd expect to see in the list.

Thanks for this Question and for this Thread however the answer of GuyUK on 08 Nov 2015 at 20:02:09 was the total solution for this case.

While working with Quality management and there is a Quality item sampling work that has to be done trying several options and still not showing in the OPEN WORK LIST?

Don't know whats the problem and how to solve it?
Anyone has an idea!
