Is there a way to view only fields that are different in "Merge window" when merging two accounts/contacts?

Do you mean that you want to merge two records for an entity, and you want to view the different fields in the " merge window"?
As I know, it will show all the fields instead of the different fields.

nope it is a custom Microsoft dialog any changes to it will be an unsupported customization
