Imports Business Closure

Hi everyone,

 

I had a quick question about imports business closure. Currently im learning CS and when i try to setup business closure in bulk i receive an error message saying the SDK is disabled. So it's means that this menu is not design for bulk import ?

If system not allow multiple line import then if the users want to create multiple then what should be the solution

    Hi,
     
    You can create a Business Closure through the unbound action msdyn_BusinessClosureSave in a Power Automate flow.
    In my test, I created 4 Business Closures from 5/1/2024 to 5/8/2024, and each Business Closure lasted for one day.
     
    Perform an bound action
    Start expression: formatDateTime(concat('05/0',variables('Day'),'/2024 16:00:00'),'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss')
    End expression: formatDateTime(concat('05/0',add(variables('Day'),1),'/2024 16:00:00'),'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss')

    Hi Dengliang Li,

    Thank you for your quick response as usual. Much appreciated.

    However, this solution seems a bit cumbersome. If I understand correctly, there is no direct import solution, and we need to use a workaround with Power Automate to create Business Closures through the unbound action msdyn_BusinessClosureSave.

    While this might work for a Technical Consultant, it seems too complicated for our customers to handle.
