Hi,

I'm having a problem when forwarding emails that have images embedded in them (e.g. logos etc). These are being sent as attachments AFTER I press send. This is a real nuisance, particularly when a message thread has to be maintained and the images then multiply (which is annoying my boss).

I've unchecked 'always download full message and internet images' but this has made no difference whatsoever.

Please can anyone HELP??

Hi,

Are you sending emails within the Dynamics 365 app?

I'm testing in Dynamics 365 CRM and forwarding emails does not send images as attachments. Unless the attachment is added manually.

Based on your description, it appears that you are using Windows Mail to send emails?
