AX 2009: Printing from Citrix vs. Printing from RDP

ReportReport

Hi,

Our customer has a strange problem. Suddenly Sales invoice reports started to act badly, so that the last column of the sales line can't be seen anymore completely. I tested it with Citrix connection and it's true. But when I tested a connection with RDP connection, the report works just fine. Does anyone know more about Citrix settings...is there something that could be reset? Sales invoice report hasn't changed at all, so something else must have happened.

Thanks,

Migi

I don't know...have to ask. But that shouldn't affect how the report is printed in screen anyway?

i got the same issue. does anyone know what citrix settings are needed. it works fine when opened from AOS server. but showing wrong format from citrix. that is about AX  2009 AX report.

For SSRS report in AX 2009, when user tries to save it as CSV or Excel, it just opens a blank browser window. and does nothing. what should be restricting the citrix to open the save dialog box?
