Hello Everyone,
When i try to cancel a Product Receipt i am receiving this error

Double click on that 2nd error message and please post the code that is responsible for the error.
Unfortunately it looks like something is going wrong within the service operation in CIL.
Turn off CIL under Tools, Options, Development, un-check "Execute business operations in CIL", and then try again. You may or may not get a different error, but when you double click on it you'll almost certainly find the responsible code this time.
Still the same code appears
What is ARM-013271 in your environment?
This is the Inventory Lot ID
I'm not finding any code in the packing slip correction process that does a lookup in a map using the InventTransId.
I suspect you have a customization that is responsible. Do you have a developer who can trace the problem and identify exactly where it is failing?
Hi I'm having the same error, not exactly 'cause RecId is not found in the map.. have you resolved it ? Thanks
