How the dispatcher can see the customer signature?

Hi Experts,

When the Field Technician takes the signature of the customer on Booking. How can the dispatcher see the signature?

When I logged in as a Dispatcher I don't see Signature in the the Booking.

Hope someone can help. Thanks

I added the Dispatcher to the Security Role. But then it also adds the complete General Tab below the Notes Tab.

But do you know why is that an expected behavior? If technician is taking it from the customer then Dispatcher must be able to see as he/she needs to confirm and Post the work order. I don't understand the reason of taking signature when it's not visible to Field Service Administrator and Dispatcher out-of-box.

Hi,

This is expected behavior.

I encountered the same problem as you in my testing.

This is because the form visible to the Dispatcher security role is the following form.

You can add the Dispatcher security role by selecting the Booking and Work Order form, Set Security Role.
This will allow the dispatcher to see the form and therefore the signature.
