Not able to add members to queue

Hi All

I am not seeing '+' in members section of queue. Earlier I had this. I am not sure when its gone. I am using dynamics 365 UI 2020 Wave 1.

Any thoughts?

Maybe because the public queues cannot contain members however try to switch it to a private queue and the + sign will appear.

The + button should be here.

Are you using an administrator?

This issue could be related to security roles, please try with a system administrator.
