Marketing page in Real-time Marketing!

Hi,

Marketing pages are a big part of our marketing automation efforts in the outbound area, and now with all the real-time thing going on! I had a few questions...

1. Will the Landing pages from Outbound not move to Real-time area! WHY?
2. Why is there no mention of this on any MS official documents!
3. How are we supposed to create landing pages if they are really gone?

I don't see any mention of them moving to the real-time area, and also nothing on the upcoming road-maps?

Regards,
Hari Narayan Singh

    Hi,

I also have not read about marketing pages in Real-time Marketing. But i can imagine that it move to power pages and that you have to create your landing pages there.

    1. Will the Landing pages from Outbound not move to Real-time area! WHY? No they don't - we had to recreate our or maybe wait for the possibility that MS did it for us. You may be able to the copy the html to make it easier. The form process is similar but different in realtime. You will adjust. I don't like how it makes you have to select path for some fields. Multi-select fields also are harder to work with in RT as of now.
    2. Why is there no mention of this on any MS official documents! They do write documentation but they always update it and you never get notified. You literally have to check every day and after a while all the documentation looks the same. Tough to keep track of. Click here to see the latest.
    3. How are we supposed to create landing pages if they are really gone? They are not gone but in the realtime section. You have to toggle the bottom page to select real time. the real time form entity is different than outbound. If you cannot see it, your admin must adjust your permissions.

I don't see any mention of them moving to the real-time area, and also nothing on the upcoming road-maps? More documentation here

    Hi,

1.While real-time marketing is not as feature-rich as outbound at the moment, there is no doubt that Microsoft has decided to gradually transition from outbound marketing to real-time marketing (from September 2023 new users will receive only real-time marketing).
2.Real-time marketing forms don't have to be placed on a page to run like outbound forms, it automatically generates a separate page to run on.
This definitely simplifies the process and increases efficiency for users with simple needs.
However, for customers with more demanding needs, they can currently only embed the form into their own website and personalize it more on their own website.
3.I looked through the documentation on what updates are coming next and found that it only mentions planned updates for Copilot and insight,
so I would suggest that you come up with an idea to give Microsoft feedback on your needs:

Marketing pages play a crucial role in outbound campaigns, serving as the first point of interaction between a brand and its audience. The confusion around their movement-or lack thereof-into the real-time area highlights a common challenge in rapidly evolving marketing automation platforms: documentation and communication often lag behind feature updates. Without clear guidance, teams can struggle to plan campaigns or understand how to adapt existing assets. Questions about official documentation, roadmaps, and practical workflow changes are completely valid, as marketers rely on consistency to execute effective strategies. In situations like this, having a central resource that tracks industry tools, updates, and best practices-such as AFFCatalog-can help professionals stay informed, see how others handle similar challenges, and make more confident decisions while planning their campaigns.
