Customer consent on product or service updates can be valuable indicators of the customer's likelihood to churn or their lifetime value. We assume that customers who have opted into engagements with the business usually have a higher lifetime value and retention than those who have opted out. You can test this hypothesis with your customer’s consent data and our AI out-of-box models.
The consent data ingested through the consent center is automatically accessible as system entities in Customer Insights. Simply use the consent data as input in the out-of-box AI predictions for lifetime value or customer churn. Using consent data can improve the predictions and assess the impact of your customers’ consent activity on their lifetime value and/or churn.
