Print shows different data than print preview in report

Hello All,

I have created a Sales Credit Memo report for the return order.There is one row in the report that displays the description 2 of the item.When I run the report or preview it or transfer to pdf,it shows me only one line of description 2 which is correct but when I print the same report via printer,I get two repeated lines of description 2.What could be the reason?

Any help will be appreciated.

Check in Print layout mode to check whether you are getting two lines of description

In print layout mode,it displays one line of description.I just printed one out but it again shows two lines f description 2.I cannot understand what is the problem

Please check the print Layout and variables for any catching Value.

Is description is getting printed in two lines or it is just repeating the description ??

If description is getting break in two lines then you need to check the font of report and font of the paper getting printed

Try to reduce the font size of description

Hi

Can you check the Description2 value in the Dataset and let us know value is repeating / not in the dataset?

Hello,

As per others guide, if you checked and still you didn't get then Check in "About This Report" data

here you get all data, if here you get multiple then check your RDLC design, also once go through debugger.
