How to create account and contact automatically when new lead is created

Hello,

When I create a lead, I write: First Name, Last Name and Account name in a Lead form. Then I create new contact and new account based on lead fields.

Unfortunately, when I create new contact - an account hasn't exist yet.

So then, when I have a contact - company isn't matched.

I would like to have a solution like in case when I qualify lead (that new contact and account is created automatically), but I would like to have new contact and account created automatically when I create new lead (and of course have primary contact and account mapped). Is it possible? 
How can I do it?

    Dear Pavan,

    Thanks for your answer. I think it will be nice to use option 2. Unfortunately, it doesn't work properly. I'm a junior, so I think I do sth wrong. Could you show me how to do that step by step?

    Hi Iaz,

    You can write a plugin to create account (with Company name field in lead entity) and Contact record (with first and last names) and associate account with contact record.

    Let me know if it doesn't help you.

    Actually I have another solution. You create an action to do those two activities

    a. Create Account

    b. Create Contact along with account id.

    And call the actioin on save of Lead so that in case of either account or contact creation fails the whole operation reverts back. With that you won't have any orphan records in the system.
