We have 2 service users when they add a line to a Service Quote they do not see the line added, but do after they hit the refresh option on the top right of the D365 screen.
Clearing their cache and personalizations did not work. We use HSO Service Mgt integrated in D365.
This only affects 2 users but it is a quirky nuisance for them. We are not sure how to proceed here. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Records added to a subgrid using a Quick Create form should appear automatically as soon as the record has been created. The subgrid essentially gets a refresh command by default once the quick create form is closed.
I'm guessing this is either going to be (1) An issue with the user's browsers or (2) some sort of bug with the HSO Service Management solution.
Is this a special subgrid or line entry form that is part of the HSO solution? Have you tried reaching out to HSO?
