Dental and Vision deductions did not come into the calculation process. Doesn't appear they are setup any different than our medical deductions which were included in the calculation process. Any ideas out there?

Hi Pete,
Unfortunately with customizations it's not possible to help troubleshoot without a complete understanding what has been done in your system. I would recommend you contact the developer/partner who did the customizations for you for support. Or if that's not feasible, seek out a NAV partner in your area who can perform a more thorough analysis of the customization and issue you're encountering.

Happened again this payroll. Can sort what if any changes were made between the now and the last payroll all deductions came in.

We are running Version 4.0 (in the process of upgrading to Nav2013). We have some minor custom programs that allow for the import of employee deductions (new/changes) but did not use that feature this payroll. The previous payroll all deductions came into the calculation process as expected. All deductions are setup the same, just trying to figure out where else we should look regarding the symptom/problem.

What version of NAV are you using, and what customization or add-on for payroll? Are you using Serenic Navigator and/or HCM? This information will help determine how to answer your question.
