Hi everyone,
I’m trying to use WhatsApp in Omnichannel for customer service. I’m configured my WhatsApp channel in Omnichannel Administration with Twilio account. I’m validated my number and my account, I created my work stream. Now when I send a message via WhatsApp to the number provided by Twilio Nothing happens. I expected to receive an inbound message alert on the Omnichannel for customer service app. Could you please tell me how to properly configure the Omnichannel for customer service ? I’ve already read a lot of Microsoft documentation but i didn’t find anything that could help me
