Filtering by Item Status in NAV 2013 R2

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi all, I have updated the status of some retail items in NAV 2013 R2. However over the past year and beyond each item had multiple status changes. For example if I changed the status from " suspend" to "inactive" or "discontinue" to "inactive" when I am searching items and I filter by status and select " discomtinu" the results still show up the items that I have updated to "inactive" . If I go to the item retail card the item status factbox shows the correct status however. Is there a way to get the correct status to show when I filter all items by status. Or is there a way to delete the lines except the most recent from the Item/item Status links for each item.

You need to contact the 3rd party ISV / Retail for direction. Standard NAV only has a "Blocked" status for Items.
