I’m experiencing an issue when creating marketing emails in Customer Insights. Normally, I copy the HTML generated by another tool, and the email displays correctly when sent through a customer journey. However, starting from yesterday (10/22/2024), we noticed that test emails are not rendering properly in the Outlook desktop application.
Upon reviewing the email’s source code, we found that a portion of the code is missing, which used to appear in previous test sends. Could it be that a recent update in the email sending process is causing this code to be omitted?
I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.
