Method 'value' in COM object of class 'Range' returned error code 0x800A03EC (<unknown>) which means <unknown> error?

I created a job for export to excel, upon running it for all records in an entity, i encountered the ff. error. But when i limit the number of records to 600, it will export successfully. I also tried to export 1000 records, AX also returned the same error. Please help me. thanks
