At Approval Entries, Is there a way to removed rejected entries from the list so that the rest of the entries can flow through in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

May I ask how can I remove the Approval Entries marked red, as it seems to be hindering the rest of my approval request?

    No, I mean the line is there hence the rest of the entries cannot go through.

    The red entry is for a different PO though. Can you elaborate? Are there other entries relating to that PO not in view? Surely the PO is now open again? The entries are for separate PO’s and they still need a final approval - as indicated by the “Sequence No.”

    Adding to other replies... As Josh noted, the PO noted for the Reject Entry is not the same as the other 4 lines. Not sure what you are asking here. Can you explain more?
