Deleting worker records for GDPR Compliance

I have a requirement from our HR team to provide a solution that deletes worker records that have left the business over 6 years ago in order to comply with GDPR. I can't see any standard functionality, how are others managing this requirement?

Hi James,

I don't think you need to delete the users; as long as you can protect the private details in the system. It would be possible e.g. to hide past workers. But note that I'm not a lawyer. When a person insists to be forgotten or when you really need to delete the worker, you can just rename (anonymize) the name of the worker. There is no support to delete all HR related data. Some HR data is important for your own business.
