I just need some ideas or guidance on approval processes for various Customer Insights - Journeys components please.
How would I incorporate an approval process for:
- Journeys - prevent users from going live with a journey before it is approved.
- Marketing Assets - prevent unapproved images from being used in emails.
- Emails and SMS messages - require emails and SMSs to be approved before marking them Ready to Send.
Is the best approach to set up a Power Automate flow to kick off an approval process once the email or Journey goes live?
Are there any permissions I need to set via security roles to manage this process?
I see in the security roles there are options for Customer journeys and Journeys. Is the Journey Run Parameter the permission that I need to remove to prevent the user from making this journey live (and then allow this on another security role assigned to a manager)?
The same for emails and forms.
