In my Omnichannel instance, I have a a pre-conversation variable that has the type "Option set". I have a list of countries in a custom order:
However, when I go to this option set on my Omnichannel widget, the options are all in alphabetical order. Additionally, the first country is selected by default:
How can I set the display order of the Option set? Additionally, how can I set the default option selected?
