0 contacts enriched while using Brands Enrichment

Hi,

I am using pre defined template for Enrichment i.e Brands and have provided all the mandatory mappings however after Run, it shows 0 customers enriched.

Please suggest what could be the possible issue here.

    Yes. the region is US

    And the data as well?  Addresses are US?  Can you share some of your configuration settings when you setup the enrichment?

    Do you have a field with country or region in it? I think address will cause a problem unless that is 'united states' for all rows for instance.

    Will the cities not work? for example in Address field i have value such as Washington, New york etc. Is United States keyword mandatory?

    Country/Region has to be mapped to a field with the Country or Region.  State should go into the State/Province.
