How do I add a Custom Activity Entity to the case timeline?

I've created a new custom Activity Entity and are able to use it fine in Activities and associate it with a case.  However, I would like it to be available as an add option in the case timeline in Customer Service App.

How would I go about doing that please?

    Sometimes we forget that we configure timeline to show only few selected activity types instead of all, especially to hide fax, letter, etc.

    Go to entity form editor, edit the timeline properties, check/select the custom activity option if “show only” is chosen.

    After completing the steps told by @Lu hao.

    Go to settings>>customer service hub and add your entity there then publish

    Hi Anlai888,

    You need to check "Define as an activity entity" and "Enable for mobile" in the customizations panel to add the Activity entity to the Timeline.
