Hi all,

I want to know is there any supported way to Customizing Convert To Case Popup Window that comes when we click the Convert To button in Email Activity...I want to Add One of My custom Lookup field, just like the customer lookup..

Hi Alex,

We cannot customize out of the box convert to case functionality. You have to build your own functionality to convert email to case.

A - Are there any references on how to build it from scratch?

B - Are there any referrals / option to popup a PowerApps app as a popup (not embedded)
