Hello,

My requirement is I need a CRM that can track leads from my different wordpress landing pages and websites. The user may come from facebook/linkedin and source it should track that original source of the user. For example, if the user is going through Facebook and he/she see our ad then the user will click that and come to my website and submit the form so I want that user to be created as a lead in CRM and track the source of the lead was Facebook.

Can anyone please help me in doing this? I am new to CRM.

Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Ramya,

I also had the same requirement in my previous assignments and we achieved that using "Dynamics 365 Integration" Plugin by AlexaCRM. Here is the plugin link: wordpress.org/.../

    Hello Naveen,

Thank you so much for sharing the plugin. Just wanted to know is there a premium version of this plugin?

When I searched for this plugin inside from WordPress admin, it is saying that it is untested with my WordPress version. My WordPress version is 5.7.2

I don't think they have any premium version. It's an open-source plugin.

Ok thank you for that. But, it is untested with my WordPress version.

Is there any other way to do this integration?

You can take a look at gravity form integration with D365: www.gravityforms.com/.../

If you are also using the Marketing module, you can embed the marketing forms in your WP Site. Here the link for this: docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-forms

    Hello Naveen,

I used this plugin for my website and submitted the form. It is creating lead inside my CRM but it didn't tracked the source.

    Can you please you/anyone help?

    Regards,

    Ramya Nair
