I have searched everything I can find, but I can't find any troubleshooting guidance for the error I get when testing my CEO's mailbox to sync ACT. Error message:
"Unknown;Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.EmailConnector.ErrorSource.Crm:-1;" found in the Server-Side Synchronization Failures dashboard. I can't find any article that references this error.
I have tried deactivating the mailbox and reactivating it. We have uninstalled the add-ins on his Outlook client and pushing a new one from the server. These and many other steps have been attempted, but no change.
